◆基本概况

上海电力环保设备总厂有限公司是上海市电力公司下属的中型国有企业，原名上海水工机械厂，创建于1950年3月，2000年企业改制后，更名为上海电力环保设备总厂有限公司。公司现有员工700多人，工程技术人员100多人，其中教授级高工及高工22人，工程师60多人。技术工人500多人。是一家集销售、设计和制造为一体化的资深公司.

为进一步提升公司形象，扩大产能和发展新产品，公司又在宝山工业园区购置100亩土地，建立起一座全新的、符合现代化建设需要的新厂区。今后这里将成为公司各类产品的生产制造基地和中心。预计到2005年底，一部分产品将在新厂区内投入生产.

◆主要产品

公司产品主要有四大类：1、散料装卸机械/堆取料机（600-3000t/h系列）；2港口机械/卸船机（400-1400t/h桥式系列）；3运输设备/重型挂车系列：能批量生产SS9系列20-100 t半挂车，YC/YZ11C系列65-1200t纵横拼接式液压挂车（为国内首创），其中，42t 横伸式半挂车和200 全挂车已进入国际市场，100t级液压挂车是运送大型电站及化工设备的主要车辆；4、环保设备/仓泵（浓相气力输灰系统设备）：采用正压液态化输送机输送燃煤电厂的干灰，是目前燃煤电厂解决环境污染和粉煤灰综合利用的有效途径。近几年，又积极进行电力装备的开发，如高空带电作业车和YBM-500/10预装式变电站。其中YBM-500/10预装式变电站于2004年12月已通过电力工业电气设备质量检验测试中心的型式试验.

◆销售服务

公司拥有一支较强的市场营销和售后服务队伍。50多年来，已为电力、水利、冶金、煤炭、化工、机械和交通运输提供了以上四大类、100多种系列产品。产品用户遍布全国各地。2005年在销售人员的努力下，挂车、堆取料机产品销售合同在原有基础上又取得新的突破。2006年销售合同已达到应接合同的70%.

公司从上至下非常注重产品质量和做好客户服务工作。专门成立了售后服务中心，建立了完整、规范的服务体系和制度。选派责任心强、技术优秀、经验丰富的员工到现场作指导。为客户提供优质、放心和人性化的服务.

◆Basic Summary

Shanghai Electric Power Environmental Equipment Works co., Ltd (SEPEE) is a medium state-owned enterprise subordinated to Shanghai electric power company, with the original name “Shanghai Hydraulic Machinery Factory” which was founded in March, 1950. After reformed in 2000, it was renamed as Shanghai Electric Power Environmental Equipment Works Co., Ltd.Our company has more than 700 employees of which more than 100 technical staffs, 22 professor level senior engineers, 60 engineers and 500 skilled-workers.Our company  which integrates sale,design and manufacture has seniority and prestige.

In order to upgrade our company image, enlarge our  manufacturing capacity and develope new products,our company bought the land in the Baoshan industrial base again where occupies 70,000m².It will be a new plant which accords with the needs of modern building. It will be the manufacturing center of the various products of our company after being finished and primarily have the  capacity in 2005.

◆Main products
our company has manufactured following four groups:1. Bulk material handling machinery (600-3000t/h series); 2. Port machinery- ship unloader (400-1400 bridge type series); 3. Transport machinery-heavy duty trailer: it can batch manufacture of SS9 semi-trailer series from 20 to 100 ton and the YC/YZHC series combined hydraulic trailer with the pay load of 65 to1200 ton (domestic initiate), in which 42t cross extendible semi-trailer and 200t trailer have entered into international market. The hydraulic trailer above 100t is the main vehicle for transporting the equipment with big size and over-weight for power plant and chemical industry. 4. Environmental protection equipment: blow tank (dense phase flying ash conveying system equipment: using normal pressure fluid state conveyor to convey the flying ash of the thermal electric power plant is the effective solution for the environmental pollution and fly ash integrated utilization. In recent years, we are developing the equipment for power plant such as hot line lift car and YBM-500/10 pre-assemble transformer substation, the latter one has passed type test by electrical equipment quality testing and measuring center of electric power industrial.　
　

◆Sale Service
 Our company holds a better market sale and after service team. Over fifty years, our company has manufactured above four groups, nearly one hundred types of products which are widely used in the fields of thermal electric power, water conservancy, metallurgy, coal, chemical, machinery industries, communications and transportation etc.The consumer spread all over the various places of the whole country.Through the hard work of the sales person in 2005, the sales contract or the trailer,stacker reclaimer has got a new breakthrough on the original basis.The sales contract of 2006 has reached 70% of the contract they ought to get.
All the emplyees,regardless of the leader or the workers in our company all pay attention to the quality of the products and after service work.Especially,we set up a after service center and established an integrated norm and service system .We selected the stuffs who have strong responsibility , high-level technology and experience to do the guide work on site.We will supply the high grade , reassuring ,humanistic service to the consumer.
　

◆Company honour
Our company pay attention to the development and the delayed effect of the corporation , so we planly organize and put into certain person and fund,firmly depend on the technical staff , continuously tackle technical key problem and reserch and develope new products. During dozens of years, many products developed have filled up the domestic technology blankness.Our products in many types had been awarded the quality prize of the state, ministry or the municipality level respectively,such as the 60-200t hydraulic trailer was awarded the National Silver Medal Prize, the 200t/h high dense flying-ash conveying system equipment for coal fired boiler was issued the certificate of state level new product and first level prize of science technology advancement of the electrical manufacturing and repairing enterprise by the Energy Ministry. The DH6018 blending Stacker-Reclaimer and the DG400-24S blending Stacker-Reclaimer were awarded the prize of the Shanghai Municipal for Superior-Quality Products. The stacker-reclaimer used in Waigaoqiao Second Power Plant has the biggest stacking and reclaiming capacity of the domestic product now. Early in Dec.1997, our company has been assessed by China Quality Control Association and found to be complied with ISO 9001. The stacker-reclaimer series was awarded the prize of “consumer satisfied product” and “consumer satisfied service”. The bridge-type ship unloader was awarded “Credentials of Crane for Electric Power Plant” for design, manufacture, erection, repair and maintenance by the Electric Power Industry Ministry. The gantry-type hoist has been issued the manufacture license for special equipment by State.
